We finally get to read the conclusion of Winter and Caiden’s story. After how we were left at the end of the “The Secrets We Hide”, I was curious to see how their story progresses. I was not disappointed!!!
Like the previous ones, this book is full of secrets and hidden agendas. At least we get answers after waiting for so long. The book is suspenseful and the author keeps the mystery going until the end. I was surprised with some of the revelations and blindsided by others!!
I don’t want to give anything away, since the story is even better if you go in blind! What I loved most about this book is the sexy times between Winter and Caiden. This book is definitely sexier than the previous two and the chemistry between Winter and Caiden is scorching hot!!! These two are definitely made for each other and I was happy to see them getting their answers after everything.
Not all of the characters got a conclusions, so I’m hoping this means more books to come. I’m not ready to leave the Four and I’m especially curious about Zander’s story. Fingers crossed that there are more coming!!!!
