This was my first book from the author and my first from this series. If you haven’t read the previous two books don’t worry, because this book can be read as a complete standalone! Evey book features a new couple; in this one is Wren and Trigg.

Lately, I’ve been reading more sexy and steamy books than sweet ones. This book is more sweet and fun than sexy, so it was a nice change. The way the story and characters are written, makes you want to be a part of their lives and feel at home at their small town!

The female lead, Wren, is such a strong woman. Raising her niece, Sky, after her sister’s death is not an easy task. When Sky lost her mother, Wren also lost her sister and their bond became stronger. Wren loves Sky more than an aunt, she’s like a daughter for her. Her decision to take Sky to meet her father was the right thing to do and the outcome is good for both of them!

Trigg, is a succesful snowboarder. He didn’t know he has a daughter until Wren and Sky show up. It was really cute seeing them get to know each other for the first time. His chemistry with Wren gives the story the romantic twist that makes it even better!

Many aspects of the story and the way the feelings between the characters are portrait, make the story feel real and believable. This is a book about family and the bonds between people that share more than blood!

USA Today Bestselling author, winner of 2013 Reviewer’s Choice Award from Romantic Times Book Reviews

Before making my first sale to Harlequin Mills & Boon in 2012, I spent two decades writing and submitting to every publisher with a transom while holding down a day job and raising a family with my high school sweet heart. Since then, I’ve gone to contract on over thirty books.

While Harlequin Presents remains my first love, I also write romantic comedy, medieval fantasy romance, erotic romance, and small town contemporary romance for Tule Publishing’s Montana Born. In fact, I write just about anything, so long as it’s romance. P.S. I’m also Canadian.
